The Wedding: Part 2

I haven't been to a sibling's wedding since I was 12 years old. Back then I'm sure I was most concerned about whether or not my flower girl dress would be cute or if I would like the kind of cake they were serving.

This time around, as an adult, I could appreciate the meaning of the ceremony and the HUGE step these two were taking. It made me so happy to see Greg and Scarlett SO HAPPY. Most of you don't know this, but Greg is the most hilarious person you'll ever meet. It's as if he took all the humor genes and left me with none. When my brothers Greg and Eric get together, I know at some point I will laugh till I cry. Greg amazingly found a way to incorporate humor into the ceremony. Not too little, not too much...but just right. It is a gift he has. There was a lot of laughing and crying going on...

Hot chocolate and cookies after the ceremony

Thanks Trestyn for the glamour shot

After the ceremony, the sun came out and the place looked like paradise. I'm sure Greg and Scarlett's photographer got some amazing pictures.

And a few shots from the reception (which was awesome) but at this point I was running out of camera space and kind of done taking pictures

Stace...why don't we get married again! It would be so much fun...

Scarlett & Greg's Wedding Part I: Before the Wedding

At Scartlett & Greg's wedding (Greg is my brother) I filled up an entire sd card in one day. I took a LOT of pictures (and later discovered that my nieces also took a lot of pictures while watching my camera :)). So I have to tackle this in sections.

Greg and Scarlett were married just outside of Zions National Park (in southern Utah). It was such a beautiful backdrop and the weather was perfect. I'm always a big fan of roadtrips and this was no exception.

Did you know my nephew, Dakota, just had his acting debut? Watch closely.

This mister was happy as long as I was holding him (literally it was 5 days straight of holding him). If I took more than 3 or 4 steps away from him it was bad news. Sorry family. I promise he is a warm and loving baby. Just look at that sweet smile! (but don't come between him and his momma!).

The cousins were always off trying to find wild foxes or bears or something like that.

The flowers were gorgeous (I am planning to post a lot of these pictures on affordableutahweddings.com so I'll try to hold back a little here).

My favorite pose from Jaxson:

Love Malia's little scrunched up nose:

Deklan is the newest member of the McCann family (besides Scartlett). He was adopted by the Clubbs almost 9 months ago. I wish I could've held this little chubbers a little more but Cam wasn't very obliging.

This cutie could have a bright future as an offensive lineman

It is hard to see a strong family resemblance between all my siblings. For a while I thought I was secretly adopted but then when you look at Jerry it is clear that we are related. Guess my adopted theory gets thrown out the window (unless we were both adopted 14 years apart).

This fella is now Hermano Clubb in the MTC.
